Can't seem to find episodes of certain podcasts.

Bug Description

Great app! I've been having some troubles, tough.
I am able to subscribe to Podcastle, Pseudopod and Escape Pod, but cannot find any episodes from any of them. List appears empty. They all belong to the same 'family' of podcasts, and I doubt that's a coincidence.

I'm using a BQ.

On version 8.11 looks like some podcasts stopped updating episodes after some time. Deleting and readding a feed usually works.

Some, shows empty after readding them:

Eaten by a Grue https://monsterfeet.com/grue.rss

If added as url, Podbird seem to ignore it. Searching by name let's you add the feed but shows empty

This happens when you have many podcasts added, during refresh it skips some of the podcasts. I have plans to investigate why refresh takes so long, why ui freeze and why it skips some podcasts.
