Provide the ability to queue podcasts

Bug Description
Currently the user can only play one podcast at a time. After it finishes playing, the user will have to manually need to press play on the next podcast. This is suboptimal and requires queuing support.
Note: This is different from bug 1417672 which is more about a listen queue which lists all the new episodes that have not been listened by the user.
