Bug Description
I have a bunch of podcasts in podbird, and unlistened episodes all over them.
It would be really awesome to have one central 'playlist' screen where I can see all the unlistened episodes to play/delete rather than have to punch through each show to get to them.

Yeah I think Podbird would benefit having a "What's New" Page where all the new unlistened episodes are listed. The user should then be able to add them all to the play queue or just choose to play individual episodes.
