Bug Description

Whenever I subscribe to Monster Radio RX93.1's Official Podcast Channel, no episode shows in the list.
Also, I can't delete it from the list. If I choose a working podcast then select this faulty podcast, pressing the delete button deletes the previously selected working podcast.

Seems that their web-server has some overly sensitive security settings and returns an error from mod_security when getting an XML HTTP request from that app. I might at some point rewrite the networking code in C++ (and so use QNetworkRequest instead of XML HTTP requests), but this won't be a high priority I'm afraid since the problem is really on their end instead of being an actual bug in Podbird.

Deletion of it is a Podbird bug though, so I'll look into that in the nearer future.

Raising priority as this is something we need to address before hitting the v1.0 milestone where these bugs should be fixed to improve the reliability of Podbird to handle all podcast servers.
