Bug Description
After a quick search on the internet I was not able to find a linter or a coding convention for rst files.
I start writing a quick hack for my project to check for commons errors and styles.
Curtis, do you think that a rst checker will fit into pocket-lint?
If there is interest I will submit my changes for review.
