Bug Description
Right now pep8 is only configured via max_line_length.
With latest version of pep8 a controversion option was added with E123 - https:/
The workaround is to use the --hang-closing option as documented here: https:/
I think that we should define a generic way for passing pep8 configuration from pocket-lint.
