Bug Description
We need to import data from Excel file straight to the system. So we want to create Excel template so that we tell people that once you put data in that excel template they can be imported to the system straight away. Also we need to use the SDMX-HD technology for importing data from SDMX-HD compliant systems such as the DHIS2 Software.
