plymouth manager doesnt run

plymouth manager doesnt run anymore when i click it.
I want to change the plymouth theme and i cant..what sould i do?
This what my terminal writes..
At IO error the language is greek and it means there isnt such file or directory..

Gourgouras Kostas, open terminal and run commands
bzr branch lp:plymouth-manager
cd plymouth-manager
chmod +x plymouth-manager
./plymouth-manager

i committed the fix for this bug. Wait for the new version
