Bug Description

There is a missing dependency in phpPgAdmin. But even after I had installed postgresql-clients-8.4.4-4.i686 dump function still did not work. I'm seeing the following errors in httpd error log:

[Fri Sep 17 11:34:24 2010] [error] [client 2001:6a0:1be:10:221:85ff:fe56:2357] PHP Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/phpPgAdmin/classes/Misc.php on line 344, referer: http://[******]/pgadmin/tblproperties.php?subject=table&table=revisions&action=export&server=[*****]%3A5432%3Aallow&database=[************]&schema=public
/usr/bin/pg_dump: invalid option -- 'd'
Try "pg_dump --help" for more information.

No matter what the config I use in the ini of the PhpPgadmin I receive the following error. Of course the path changes with each configuration change regarding the location of pg_dump and pg_dumpall which are infact located in /usr/bin on the server running the db.

Export error: Failed to execute pg_dump (given path in your conf/config.inc.php : /usr/bin/). Please, fix this path in your configuration and relog.
