LiveCD KDE installer crashes while formatting partitions

The following errors occured while I was trying to format partitions using the installer. I chose to create my own layout. After that the installation cannot be continued. I've put it into the attachment as it was too long to submit it.

None of the partitions is corrupted.
PLD Live version: Titanium Live CD 4.2 Stable
Hardware: Acer Inspire 6930G-584G32Mn, AHCI SATA disk drive.

Not a bug in current Anaconda, the latest version has no reference to makeDevInode. Looks like the LiveCD is out of date.

As a temporary workaround try upgrading anaconda to 200903212129 using poldek (on the LiveCD) before installing.

It's the most current liveCD downloaded a couple of days ago from http://livecd.pld-linux.pl/
I've tried updating anaconda via poldek, but with no success. Poldek couldn't find the newer version. When i used the search option and typed 'anaconda', it returned me no matches.
