Bug Description

Cups takes several long seconds (about 15s) to start on my laptop with an ipv6 enabled wireless network, but it doesn't happen with ipv6 disabled. I cannot reproduce it with Ubuntu neither...
Installed packages:

[deejay1@betty ~]$ rpm -qa | grep foomatic
cups-filter-foomatic-3.0.20080317-1.i686
foomatic-filters-3.0.20080317-1.i686
[deejay1@betty ~]$ rpm -qa | grep cups
cups-clients-1.3.7-2.i686
python-pycups-1.9.36-1.i686
cups-1.3.7-2.i686
cups-filter-foomatic-3.0.20080317-1.i686
cups-lib-1.3.7-2.i686
libgnomeprint-cups-2.18.4-1.i686
libgnomecups-0.2.3-1.i686
cups-image-lib-1.3.7-2.i686
cups-devel-1.3.7-2.i686
cups-backend-smb-3.0.28a-3.i686

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'cups'; however, that package was not published in PLD Linux.
