curl not listed as dependency at install, but needed for POL to work

Bug Description
Even though PlayOnLinux does not pull curl in as a dependency at install time, at run time it spits out an error message that curl isn't installed and one needs to install it manually. I would suggest that curl be added as a dependency to fix this issue.
