not able to add play command for a single project

Play commands are written in Python, and directly embedded in the play framework path.

Because of that, we can't write a play command line utility that could work on the application's model, like a maintenance command.
No way to achieve a "play clean-inactive-users" in a proper way for example.

A nice feature would be to allow creation of tasks that would run in the application's context, and could be written in Java, in the application's path.
