Bug Description
Generating javadocs using the javadoc tool from the command line is difficult for a play application. It seems a custom -classpath needs to be passed to the tool, which will have to include any modules.
As an alternative, adding documentation on how to generate javadocs would be nice.

Done, that's "play javadoc".
Currently it includes the modules but not Play's classes.
