Bug Description

Playing back a video on my #37 mako it's very choppy - 1fps or less, and then after only 30s it froze.

Rebooted the phone and it works fine now. Seems we can't cope if there's a lot of apps left running overnight.

I believe this is actually a bug (or missing feature) in the app lifecycle management where we don't clean up the surface objects when apps are suspended, so we run out of memory space for new GraphicBuffer instances in the Android layer. This is out of the control of mediaplayer-app and media-hub.
