Bug Description
Plasma Menu Bar widget steals from application kshutdown in systray a Right Mouse Button Menu.

when I've removed plasma menu bar from panel completely and rerun kshutdown It was working correctly.
when I've clicked on systray icon of kshutdown I've got menu.
with PMB it doesnt work :(
