Bug Description
When opening a menu item in plasma menu bar, the menus will have a small square indicating something is happening but no actual menubar popup.
Affects firefox with global menu, thunderbird with global menu and libre office with lo-menubar and possibly others.
Hovering over different items back and forth will make the menu popup intermittently.
Running kubuntu oneiric.
