Bug Description
Plank Version: 0.2.0.621
Using Ubuntu 12.04 with Cinnamon (but I do not think the issue is Cinnamon-only, can't tell for sure).
Basically if I open an app that is not pinned, like firefox, it will show up in the dock as expected. If I close firefox it disappears, again as expected. But then if I open firefox again, there is no firefox Icon in the dock.
If the Icon does not appear, a restart of plank causes it to appear again.
