hover labels don't move when pointer stays on plank

Bug Description
I dunno how can I explain this bug, so let's try.
When I put the mouse pointer over a icon in plank, a label shows at the top of the icon. If I put the pointer out plank, and then I put it over another icon, the label shows up this icon.
But, if I don't put the mouse pointer out plank, but insted I slip the pointer over the icons, the label will not move, but it will change the name of the app, but stays at top of the first item.
Using the daily ppa, with Precise Beta (updated) and default plank theme.
