Bug Description

I've been playing with Plank a lot lately, especially with making themes. Would it be possible to add an angle option in the theme file? It would greatly improve the theming capabilities of Plank, and we could make themes that look similar to Daniel Fore's Plank mockups, or even like Docky 2 themes.

Just an update on this; this would likely make the most sense to be decided/adjusted in the theme itself rather than an option in Plank, IMHO. I know in Docky 2 it was an option for the dock altogether.
