Gedit's icon not appear

When I launch Gedit, Plank doesn't show the icon of my text editor

When I say 'icon', does it show a space for Gedit? Perhaps with no visible icon?

Plank doesn't show a space for Gedit! It happens also with Glade

It seems to happen randomly. Sometimes it shows the icon sometimes it doesn't.

I think I encounter this bug. Programs that aren't ticked 'keep in dock' don't show up on Plank often times. Everything displays properly if I restart Plank.

Ok so most likely this is either a BAMF issue or (more likely) our usage of BAMF.

Running 0.2.0.613. Quite a few apps don't display an icon for me (e.g. screenshot, scratch, pinta).

With 0.2.0.613 in particular, Plank displays an icon for gedit just fine.
