Bug Description
Hi there,
Using version 0.11.89 on Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon here, window manager is Muffin.
I've found that sometimes applications aren't showing up in the dock. I notice this most frequently with:
* Virt-manager
* Xreader (PDF viewer)
* Libreoffice Writer
* FileZilla
I'm wondering if programs are meant to do anything in particular to be compatible, because many other applications are fine, but these ones tend to repeatedly not show up, or show up minutes after starting.
Any thoughts?
