File shortcut opened as a folder

Bug Description
Hi guys,
probably after last update to v0.11.4 the shortcuts of the files are not opening in the APPs, but as a folder only.
for ex.:

Launcher=
[PlankDockItemP
Launcher=
Both docklets opens (in my case Thunar) as a folder /Dokumenty.
Before update it was opening the .ods file normally in OpenOffice.
