Bug Description
I hope I'm posting in the correct place. I am using Elementary OS 5.1 Hera. Apparently, it uses the Plank dock. See attached video for an illustration for this GUI problem. When click one app on the dock, then click another app, for a brief moment that another window from the background appears then disappears. I was ideally hoping for a smooth transition from one app to another, without flickering and drawing problems occurring.
