this is just a wish.
i just hacked plank after docky refuses to work with ubuntu 19.04 yo just look a bit different.
i am not sure if this can be implemented in general--
it would involve ignoring applications icons and loading own ones instead and coloring each icon depending on its position, so every new icon will change the color of the others. the coloring is a simple gradient, that could be loaded, i hardcoded a rainbow.
