When window count indicators should also restrict to workspace

Bug Description
When I have items restricted to workspace, the little dots under each icon should do the same. On my current workspace I only have one instance of VSCode open, but it still shows the dot for a window on another workspace.

Alternatively, indicators for windows on other workspaces could be styled differently, like another color and/or shape.
