cam't access to plank dock full settings after chosing transparent look

Bug Description
When I right-click on the dock without selecting any application, I accessed the settings and chose the transparent theme, but I can no longer access the complete configuration to change the time it takes to hide and show or even the theme . In systemnsettings i only can configured the dock in a very basic way. What I can do?
i'm using:
plank version: 0.11.3
Elementary OS loki
window-manager: Gala based on mutter
