Bug Description
I have a 2-display setup: [display 0][display 1]
My plank is on display 1. When I drag an app on Plank, the "Drop to add to the dock" tooltip appears on display 0.
Plank version: 0.11.3.1591
Linux distro: elementary OS 0.4
Window manager: Mutter (Gala)
