Bug Description
dock > set "hide when = focused window overlaps the dock"
launch chrome
decrease the size and do not overlap the dock
-- dock is seen. ok working
now ctrl+n to open new chrome window
maximise this new chrome window
-- dock is hidden. ok working
now alt+tab to view the smaller chrome window
issue: dock is hidden
