Bug Description
In Plank, when you click on an icon the tooltip should disappear.
If I click on an icon and go to that app, the tooltip stays in the way and covers the content.

Yes. Basically, when I click on an icon in Plank the tooltip should disappear without me having to move the mouse, so that I can click and start interacting with the app without the tooltip covering the content.
