Plank icon on the dock, no option to remove always showing

Bug Description

I have a plank icon on my dock at the beginning. There is no option to "unpin" or "remove". It has the little blue running application light.

Are you sure you are right clicking in the app? That menu should only appear if you do Ctrl+LClick (which open the menu for the new Plank preferences GUI).

Yes thats with a simple right click. That icon just appeared on about by 3rd boot. Didn't terminal anything etc. Just happened on startup.
