'Keep in Dock' enables itself sometimes

Bug Description

I usually keep the same windows opened over several days or weeks(I use standby) and I never use the 'Keep in Dock' feature intentionally(for any app), but sometimes it just seems to auto-enable itself after some time.

At first I noticed this by seeing that after a restart, some of the icons are still there. Then I randomly checked if running apps have this option enabled and indeed it is - even though I never did that.

So, is there any shortcut I accidentally hit a lot or is this a bug?

what do you mean by 'moving a window on the dock'?
whatever it means I'm sure I've never done it because I use all windows at full screen and never arrange them on my screen.

Yes, I do that sometimes and indeed - as soon as I move on of the icons the option gets enabled.

It's still more of a bug than a feature to me.
