Bug Description
neither pinned nor unpinned icons can be rearranged, the "lock icons" toggle is turned off.
It looks like this feature just isn't supported at all.
plank version: 0.11.1.1555 (built from AUR package plank-bzr)
linux-dist: arch linux
window-manager: gdm
x: 1.18.3-1
desktop-env: cinnamon
