Bug Description
To Reproduce:
1. Drag the right most corner of the Dock without picking up an Icon (Can't do this on the left side).
2. Release the mouse button and attempt to interact with other applications on the desktop.
What happens?
Unable to interact with desktop environment, it seems frozen.
What should happen?
Normal interaction.
Workaround:
1. Drag an Icon from the Dock.
2. Drop it back into the Dock.
