Bug Description
When you have 2 planks running see attachement.
when i open a application on the left the icon is also added and opend on the other plank instance.

Having two instances of plank is more a hack then a fully supported setup. Those are completely independent processes which are not aware of each other. Setting PinnedOnly to true helps a bit.
Multi-dock support is what would be a more correct way.
