Bug Description
Under FreeBSD, my default encoding is iso-8859-15, so accents in strings labels are not well displayed (warnings and errors with Pango rendering).
If we force to use UTF-8, everything is fine. I use same internationaliz

Which version of plank are you using? Does this still happen with 0.9.1?
