Bug Description

Dear all,
I like the menu (see attachment) that is presented when performing a right-mouse (touchpad) click on an icon. It allows me to quickly access an application window using the mouse.

However, I prefer (because I am using the touchpad tap action) the left mouse action. Is it possible to allow the user to change the right-click to a left-click behaviour?

Thanks!

Robert

@robert: There is also the long-press feature provided by mousetweaks which triggers a right-click after holding the left-button for some time.

Apologises but I don't understand your last comment. My problem is not about how to trigger a right-mouse click but more the fact that a right-mouse click on wingpanel indicators does not trigger any actions in the indicators' menus. For better clarity I created a screencast.

@robert: What I meant from the perspective of plank (which your original screenshot refers to) is that you can try to simulate a right-click by "trying to hold your left-click" (if possible) for a while to trigger a right-click-event (if mousetweaks is installed and running).

This is also not plank specific then.

Apologises for being unclear. In fact I never intended to refer to plank but always meant the wingpanel indicator icons at the top.
