plank becomes invisible after open and close apps quikly

After open and close an application so many times(3 times every 2 seconds) plank becomes invisible, and a killall plank must be used yo restore it.
I can't put the output from plank -d now, but it will be here soon

Does this happen with any app? How do you open/close them so fast?

What desktop environment are you using (Gnome, KDE, Xfce, LXDE, Elementary, etc)?

A script that opens and close images every 2 seconds with VLC (it was a school proyect), that how I open apps that fast.

I'm using elementaryOS luna, and the output is this (I actually don't know how to mantain plank closed for open it with pkank -d)

Is it *invisible* (ie, you can't see it but you can click on it and it will launch apps/change windows like normal) or is it just hidden and refusing to unhide?

Just like you say, I can't see it but I can click on the elements, and works "perfectly" but invisible
