after updete raring remove plank, error depends libbamf3-1 (>=0.4.0) for libplank0_0.2.0~bzr722+dnd377-0ubuntu1~13.04~ricotz1_amd64.deb
raring use libbamf3-0 0.4.0daily12.12.05-0ubuntu2

@bohm: This is not the place to report ppa installation problems.

While using ubuntu+1 (raring) you should be aware of such things: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/U%2B1/partial_upgrade
You can enable the *-proposed pocket to resolve this, but you might run into similar things more often if you do so.

It does not matterю: update not ubuntu, update plank... use build quantal: ok, buld raring: fail = dependency error when building plank

it's important: no starting application and no switch to the application window when you click on the icon, when you open plank on the application for fullscreen
