Provide possibility to add separators

Separators or spacer may be needed to order a larger selection of items in the dock. Currently there is no such possibility.

Yes, separators are a good idea. I sort my starters by categories. But it looks always unsorted. So I hope separators will be helpful feature.

I think that we can see from other dock applications, e.g. Cairo, that separators are desirable. Also, I'd say they count as fairly basic functionality (and thus are not too fancy for Plank).
