Bug Description
The theme files should inherit from each other. This would allow setting (for example) the bg color in 1 and having it apply to all themes.
Most likely, have everything (which currently is only hover.theme) inherit from dock.theme. If something is set in hover.theme, have it override the value from dock.theme.
