revealing panel when dragging file

Bug Description
When panel is hidden and mouse is dragging a file, is not posible to reveal the panel to drop file on it.

You can't drop files on it even when revealed. As far as I'm aware, it doesn't have any drag & drop support right now.
Though it would be nice being able to reveal an application's window while dragging a file above its icon...
