The test case usb/storage-preinserted-{name} currently has this template filter:
template-filter: removable_partition.bus == "usb"[1]
This as a result only creates usb/storage-preinserted-{name} test cases for USB2.0 buses. For others (e.g. USB3), this case will not be created at all.
We would need the value of template-filter to include all types of usb buses.
