Bug Description
When system has AMD discrete graphic running with amdgpu driver, Checkbox run graphics/
Recently in a case [1], The renderer was not AMD but Intel as amdgpu.dpm=0. We may need a pretest to confirm renderer is AMD before running graphics/
The way to check renderer
$ DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo | grep "OpenGL re"
The test shoud be failed if DRI_PRIME=1 but renderer is Intel.
