Bug Description

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/stella/+bug/1937164, the negative trip point is a driver expected value. Thermal trip point needs to consider different thermal sensor (e.g. through acpi, I/O port, register, etc..)

Let's try to focus on some confirmed thermal type (e.g. x86_pkg_temp).
