Bug Description
on some platform with fossa master image.
The kernel is 5.6 + nvidia 450 which nvidia should sleep well in on-demand mode.
pc-sanity show nvidia wakes up and manual test show nvidia is sleeping.
Need to take some time digging the reason for it.
