Bug Description
From a recent test:
Name: /dev/sda
Model: RAID 930-4i 2GB
Size: 7T
Name: /dev/pmem1
Model: Unknown
Size: 496.1G
Name: /dev/pmem0
Model: Unknown
Size: 496.1G
When the device is one of the NVDIMM types, disk/detect should inject something helpful in Model.
Right now, disk_info.py depends on the output of lsblk which may not be helpful, so if we can't find a way to sus that info out via lsblk, then either inject some default information, or use something like ndctl or ipmctl to get the model info.
