[Steps to reproduce]
1. Boot into OS
2. Choose com.canonical.certification::client-cert-desktop-20-04-manual plan
3. Run "touchscreen/3-touch-tap and touchscreen/4-touch-tap" job which is in TouchScreen tests set

[Expected result]
System can detect the tap with 3 or 4 fingers

[Actual result]
System cannot detect the tap
