Bug Description
While I was reviewing the result of SRU tests on bionic and xenial, I almost always saw failures on "cpu-low-
So I used checkbox-cli ran test cases manually on focal and saw the same failure.
Could you please take a look on these.

According to kchsieh's reply, these failures due to driver issue from USB or display not a bug from checkbox.
