Make sure Intel SoC hits SLP_S0 in s2idle

Bug Description

Two prerequisite
1) Intel SoC
2) s2idle is the default

After resume from s2idle:
# cat /sys/kernel/debug/pmc_core/slp_s0_residency_usec
should _not_ be zero.

If it's zero, it means the SoC doesn't reach deepest power saving mode.
